Job Responsibilities :

  • Identifying and closing the potential business leads by analysing market requirements
  • Responsible for proposal writing and taking full ownership of account management
  • Achieving the month on month revenue targets as defined in the KRA
  • A self-driven, self-motivated true team player, an independent decision maker
  • Ensuring proper co-ordination with the accounts team at regular intervals
  • Leading a tele-caller team and manage the same across multiple domains
  • Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services
  • Should play a predominant role in account nurturing and account management
  • Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of your clients’ SEO competitors.
  • Onsite/offsite web promotion for individual reports, articles, report briefs, company website and group website and increase web traffic and maximize conversions using applied and advanced web promotion techniques.
  • Using programs such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports.
  • Assisting the content team in the creation of high quality, informative SEO content.
  • The creation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies for clients in various industries.
  • Occasionally contributing to the company blog.
  • Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies.

  • Handling Pre-sale Queries & Post-sale Queries, also quality checks of pre/post sale queries
  • Taking Pre- and Post-sale calls -Participate actively in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal developments, client TOCs
  • Take regular follow-ups with sales team regarding on-going query discussions and support them across
  • Exhibit complete ownership of the projects Assigned
  • Handling multiple projects in parallel and ensure to complete every project within deadlines
  • Identify and implement key strategies for team performance (in terms of number of reports as well as revenue) improvement
