Feasibility, Projects and Capacity

Validate a plant, site or project before capital is committed. Process-engineering led.

Capital projects fail on assumptions that were never tested: demand that did not materialise, costs that were underestimated, sites that could not get power or approvals. These five services are led by chemical and process engineers working with market researchers, so the technical and commercial cases are built together and documented for lenders.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) study?

A TEV study tests the market, technical and financial viability of a proposed project in a bank-ready format. It covers market and demand assessment, technology and process selection, capex and opex estimates, a financial model with sensitivities, and a risk register.

What does an IMR Detailed Project Report (DPR) contain?

A DPR for process plants, CBG, agri processing, dehydration and similar projects includes the process design basis and block flow, equipment list and specifications, capital cost and schedule, operating cost and working capital, financial projections and funding structure, and a statutory approvals checklist.

How can I validate demand before investing in a new plant?

IMR's demand validation surveys a sample of target buyers or tenants on purchase intent, willingness to pay, and price and format preferences, then estimates a commitment pipeline and conversion before capital is committed.

Does IMR help with government incentives and site selection?

Yes. Policy and incentive advisory maps applicable state and central schemes, estimates eligibility and benefits and supports applications. Site selection compares locations on catchment demand, logistics, utilities, labour, incentives and land cost, and ends with a ranked recommendation.
