What is the Linear Low-Density Polyethylene Market?

Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a linear polymer with significant numbers of short branches and is dominantly made by the copolymerization of ethylene with longer chain olefins. LLDPE is different structurally from LDPE since it does not possess branches present in the equivalent conventional LDPE. The linearity of LLDPE is due to the different processing technology for LDPE and LLDPE. LLDPE in particular is produced at lower pressure and temperature by co polymerization of ethylene. LDPE is made from the copolymerization process where the polymer has a less variation in the molecular weight as compared to the conventional LDPE.
