OUR CONTRACT
Once you successfully place an order for a product listed on our website, payment for that product becomes due and owing immediately. Notwithstanding the fact that the product will not be dispatched until monies are received in full, you are liable to pay to Introspective Market Research all monies due on foot of the order. As Introspective Market Research starts processing your order once it is submitted, we operate a strict no cancellation policy. Introspective Market Research will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under our contract with you where such delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The license terms stated herein grant non-exclusive rights to AUTHORIZED USERS for using the REPORT offered by "Introspective Market Researchâ in any form, and is applicable to all orders processed by IMR.
License Options:
1. Single User License
With Single-User License, IMR gives one non-exclusive, non-transferable machine-readable license for the report either electronically or online. The right to store, display, use, or stockpile the report is restricted to only ONE authorized computer. For obtaining a single user license, ONLY an individual is entitled to using the product or as mentioned in the License Terms.
2. Multi User License
With the Multi-User License, IMR gives up to five non-exclusive, non-transferable machine-readable licenses for using the report either electronically or online. The right to store, transfer, display, use, or stockpile the report is restricted to only FIVE authorized users. An individual representing an organization can purchase the FIVE user license.
3. Enterprise User License
With Enterprise License, IMR gives global, non-exclusive, non-transferable machine-readable licenses for using the report either electronically or online, within the organization and/or its subsidiaries. The authorized users shall have complete right to store, display, transfer, and/or use the report ONLY within the organization or its subsidiaries.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
SHIPPING
Introspective Market Research can ship to virtually any address in the world. The majority of our products are dispatched electronically. Hardcopy orders, such as books, binders, newsletters, software or CD-ROMS may be dispatched by mail or courier. Hardcopy orders incur an additional shipping charge.
DELIVERY TIME
When you place an order with Introspective Market Research, we endeavor to deliver the product as soon as possible. Electronic delivery is always the fastest option; the majority of electronic information products are dispatched within 24 hours (unless otherwise specified on our website). Hardcopy products are generally dispatched from the EU or the US, and delivery to some markets may be delayed through local carriers, and local customs. Where possible we encourage clients to order products electronically.
