  • Ordering by Email

    Send all your requirements and questions to sales@introspectivemarketresearch.com. Remember to include all your details including billing & delivery address along with the preferred mode of payment. Our executives will get in touch with you within 1 business day.

  • Online Delivery

    Published report will be delivered to you by email within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment in the form of a PDF to your email address. For online orders we accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal. Arrangements for payment by check, bank wire transfer or invoice can be made by contacting customer service at telephone no. or email address.

  • Physical Delivery

    A printed copy of the published report must be sent to your address by the courier within 3-5 business days of receipt. In the case of hard copy, shipping cost will be charged according to customer's location. IMR is not responsible for any damages during the shipment of the product when the product is in perfect condition and does not endorse the product. If there is no replacement cost, it is at the discretion of the publisher.

  • Customization
